Diego picks, roasts and grinds his own coffee which makes each cup of coffee a special and unique drink. He takes his time making each cup the way you like it. Exquisite!
The attention to detail even in the artsy cups and pintoresque coffee trailer (built entirely by Diego and Francesca the owners) is as fun and welcoming as the staff. Always smiling, always a good laugh to start the working day.
The food (specially the chicken pastry) is delicious and the ambiance of the place with his little tables and good Latino music in the background truly transports you to Colombia.
If you want to taste a cup of coffee that brings the best of Colombian coffee, you must stop by and relax at Cafe Bolivar :)
